The market is hot, and local inventories are reaching a record low. The building departments are full of permits and the lumber yards are bustling with activity. This is particularly exciting for us as we will be able to get all the parts of the development underway and the wonderful homeowners who have lived through some of the construction will start seeing streets complete with homes.
This spring, we will see the start of the Tanglewood Cabins and will beginning servicing the Cottage lots beside our little lake. Throughout all of these changes the community will continue to thrive and be a sought after place to live or vacation.
